30-day money-back guarantee
Interviq offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans and Interview Packs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the in-app support channel and our team will help you start the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current billing period. A cancellation by itself is not a refund request — to request a refund, follow the steps above.
